The problem:
Underserved communities are growing, poverty and homelessness is steadily knocking on the door of low to middle income class people. Those who fall on hard times and left without shelter, food, clothing and a source of income, need a fresh start.
The goal:
Create an online experience for users to understand how Archer Up works, eligibility criteria, benefits and success rates.

Job Search Journey (*Create a Resume ,Mock Interview, Fill out Applications/Job Interviews, Land a Job )
Housing Search Journey (*Transition from Archer Up Facility, Placed in Archer Up Room/Space , Transition to Your New Home )
The product:
Archer Up is a app, and website, created to assist those (displaced) and provide information on how Archer Up can provide a new start.

-3 out of 3 participants agreed the "Locate Us" option could be easier to locate, navigate and interact with.
-Need Responsive version of mobile app to allow more access to those in need.
